When a new group arrives for our training, despite intensive preparation, tension rises even within us. How will the dynamics within the group develop? How will the group handle challenging situations? Because our training, " Systemic Complementary Support for Transformations," is not just a seminar program, it is also a very personal learning journey for each individual participant.

We've now started. And after two modules, we can say: What a wonderfully reflective group embarking on a journey through the depths of systemic, complementary transformation support.
In the first module, we bonded well as a group and immersed ourselves together in the topic of transformation design . The topics of clarifying the mission, orientation, and relationship building are central to our group, just as they are in customer processes.
In the second module, we worked on a practical case study on system diagnostics and derived the first architectural elements for a change process. This module was also a profound learning experience because it became clear that attitude is not an add-on—it is central. This insight deeply engaged and enriched us as a group.
What we particularly appreciate about this training group is that they manage to discuss personal topics in the context of their own role in the consulting context and contribute their own experiences. We look forward to the next modules!
