Sustainable teams need leadership that creates clarity, promotes responsibility and develops potential. What does a manager need for this? A clear attitude, the right tools - and space to develop further in the role.

Leading effectively

I gain clarity about my role as a manager - and learn how to effectively support my team with attitude and a coaching mindset.

Achieve goals

I learn how to create a framework in which my team works together on clear goals in a solution-oriented manner and remains capable of acting under pressure.

Promote personal responsibility

I learn how to encourage and develop my team so that everyone takes responsibility - for themselves, for others and for the result.

Resolve conflicts

I find a safe way to resolve difficult situations in the team clearly, respectfully and as equals.
