The seminar
In two three-day sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of systemic leadership. We'll teach you leadership tools for complex situations, which you'll practice in small groups through role-playing based on real-life scenarios. It's important to us that all participants are free to experiment to achieve the greatest possible learning success. When assembling the groups, we ensure, wherever possible, that there are no connections between participants that would limit their ability to play a role.
