Systemic training
“Change succeeds when people are heard, relationships are shaped, and systems are understood holistically.”
Renate has been working as a consultant for almost 20 years. Previously, she carried out various projects as a researcher in universities and non-profit sectors. Her extensive leadership and management experience stems from various long-standing staff and line positions in HR in the private sector, where she focused on HR and organizational development topics.
How to shape and successfully transform the world of work with and for people is the central question that motivates and drives Renate. With a wealth of expertise and empathy, curiosity, and a focus on results, she embarks on journeys into new worlds with her clients – whether through supporting complex transformation processes, developing corporate culture, leadership or team development, or conflict resolution.

The seminar
In two three-day sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of systemic leadership. We'll teach you leadership tools for complex situations, which you'll practice in small groups through role-playing based on real-life scenarios. It's important to us that all participants are free to experiment to achieve the greatest possible learning success. When assembling the groups, we ensure, wherever possible, that there are no connections between participants that would limit their ability to play a role.
04
Strengthen your ability for self-reflection for your own systemic work and an effective leadership style.
