The seminar
In two three-day sessions, you will learn the basics of systemic leadership. We will teach you tools for leadership in complex situations, which you will practice in small groups using role-playing based on real-life applications. It is important to us that all participants can try things out freely in order to achieve the greatest possible learning success. When putting together the groups, we make sure, wherever possible, that there is no connection between the participants that would limit them in the role-play.

Bernhard has been working as a consultant for 20 years, many of which have focused on the intersection of business and IT, as well as on rapidly changing marketing technologies. He gained leadership experience as a solution lead for the digital marketing consulting division of a Swiss IT consulting firm. Bernhard has implemented a wide range of IT, digitalization, and transformation projects in various industries, including insurance, retail, mechanical engineering, logistics, and telecommunications.
Bernhard's areas of expertise include: corporate strategy and mission statement development, functional strategy development, agile and digital transformation, leadership development, and high-performance teams.
Bernhard lives and works in Switzerland and serves clients in Europe. He is also an entrepreneur and serves on the board of trustees of a Swiss pension fund.
