02
Improve your leadership style with systemic questioning techniques: circular questions, hypothetical questions, scaling questions, solution-oriented questions.
03
Use systemic work in different contexts: clarification of the task, reflection loop, contextualization.
The seminar
In two three-day sessions, you will learn the basics of systemic leadership. We will teach you tools for leadership in complex situations, which you will practice in small groups using role-playing based on real-life applications. It is important to us that all participants can try things out freely in order to achieve the greatest possible learning success. When putting together the groups, we make sure, wherever possible, that there is no connection between the participants that would limit them in the role-play.
04
Strengthen your ability for self-reflection for your own systemic work and an effective leadership style.

“In transformations, it's about doing the right thing at the right time, nothing more and nothing less.”
Bernhard Nitz guides leaders and organisations through moments where technological change and human reality collide. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in digital transformations, from Swiss SMEs to international corporations, he has sharpened his eye for what truly matters in these processes: not the technology setting the pace, but the people who have to work with it.
His consulting work moves at the intersection of two worlds that rarely collaborate well in practice: the world of structures, processes and technologies on one side, and the world of people, cultures and leadership relationships on the other. Bernhard knows this space from his own experience, including as Solution Lead in a Swiss IT consultancy and through accompanying transformation projects in industries such as insurance, retail, mechanical engineering, logistics and telecommunications.
Bernhard has experienced organisations from the inside before accompanying them from the outside. He knows what it feels like when well-intentioned change initiatives fail against the resistance of reality, and what it takes to prevent that from happening.
As a partner based in Switzerland, he works with organisations across the German-speaking world. He is also active as an entrepreneur and serves as a foundation board member of a Swiss pension fund.
The professional foundation of this work combines systemic thinking with methodical practice.
