Wolfgang Schwaiger draws on 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the international mechanical and plant engineering sector. After an extended period of working in Africa, Asia and the United States, he returned to Austria, where he has since held several executive and supervisory board positions.

In recent years, he has concentrated in his professional activities on the fields of strategy, corporate development, communication, public relations, capital markets and change management, where his focus lies on the design and implementation of complex, sustainable change processes, strategy development and implementation, innovation management as well as internal and external communication.

One of his clear aims in his work is to creatively and effectively combine his extensive experience in industry with systemic process consulting.
Wolfgang has been a lecturer at the University of Linz, the University of Applied Sciences in Steyr and other educational institutions for many years. He is also an active supporter of and volunteer for social projects in Austria and abroad.
