Her interest in strategic issues and change processes already took Ulrike Sander into strategic planning in advertising agencies and strategy consulting during her studies. After a period of maternity leave, which she spent in New Zealand, Ulrike gained further consulting experience in various roles in small consulting firms, classic executive management consulting firms and as an independent consultant. She has extensive and broad professional consulting experience: for more than 11 years, she has been supporting and providing consulting services to DAX and MDAX companies primarily in the chemical and process industries in their globalization endeavors as well as to SMEs in a range of different sectors. In doing so, she has managed international teams in projects in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
The focus of her work as an independent consultant is firmly rooted in her own personal interests and convictions: support and consulting for organizations in change processes, strategic reorientation processes and the implementation of corporate and business strategies.
