Extensive consulting experience in the pharmaceutical, banking, insurance, consumer goods and public services sectors.

While going to university, Stefan Malär already had his own web development company. After graduating, he worked many years for a consulting firm, where he successfully accomplished all levels from business analyst to principal. Alongside the actual project goals, the introduction of agile methods was always a central task in all his consulting projects. He then founded his own consulting firm with the aim of bringing people and technology together and thus helping firms to better serve their customers and work more effectively.

In his work with people, his passion lies in finding simple and suitable solutions for complex problems. The focus thereby is always on the customer, who provides the necessary orientation for all decisions – from brainstorming and finding ideas to user experience design and technical infrastructure. This focus on the customer’s needs combined with a recognition of company goals and organisational challenges are the key to success.
