After working for several years as a university lecturer and researcher and in non-profit organizations Renate Glaser’s desire to take on a more operative role and strong interest in working with people led her to switch to the private sector. She worked for many years in various HR roles and functions – always with a focus on staff and organisational development and change management processes. The in-depth personal leadership and management experience she gained thereby flows directly into her current work as a consultant.
Renate has now been working for over ten years as an external organisational consultant, successfully navigating different companies through change. In the process, she has gathered extensive experience in medium-size companies and corporate groups in diverse industry sectors. She regularly works, for example, with companies from the automotive, banking and finance, electronics, telecommunications and IT sectors.
How best to achieve organisational change and successfully transform work environments – with and for the people it affects is one of the key questions that drives and fascinates Renate. With great competence, clear empathy, plenty of curiosity and a strong focus on results, she sets off with her clients on the journey to their new worlds.
In her consulting work, Renate focuses above all on complex transformation processes, system diagnoses, strategy development, executive development, team development and conflict mediation as well as the development and implementation of HR tools and processes.
Renate Glaser is a Partner at KÖNIGSWIESER & NETWORK and provides her consulting services in German and English.
