In his first professional role as a civil engineer, Oliver Bahr focused primarily on process analysis and project management in construction and construction planning.

He later assumed responsibility in a global multinational for the generation of innovation potential from a customer perspective (Customer Insights studies). In this capacity, he designed customer oriented innovation processes for products and services at the interface between research and marketing.

A central basis for his current work both as a consultant and as a personnel developer is a. keen awareness of the nuances in individual and group interaction processes. His consulting approach thus builds on the identification of subconscious dispositions and motives and works with the dynamics encountered therein. He focuses in particular on organizational development in cultures of innovation, team development, coaching, moderation and behavioral development.
