Nina Hottinger is an organizational consultant, management trainer and coach. In her work, she focuses on supporting enterprises in their management development, change management, organizational culture and workplace health promotion endeavors.

A love of working with people in organizational systems has been a permanent fixture in Nina’s professional career – from her first job as a graduate in a consulting firm through to her current role as an independent consultant, project leader and trainer. This includes above all making the invisible visible in organizations using a resource-based, respecting and appreciative attitude and approach.

In addition to her extensive consulting activities in Switzerland and Germany, Nina also works regularly on international organizational development projects.
