Herbert Schober-Ehmer has been working as a senior consultant, trainer, coach and lecturer for over 40 years and is a co-founder of and partner in the Redmont Consulting Cluster.
He focuses in his work on helping executive and management teams in developing their leadership function and their cooperation, decision and strategy processes. He supports organizations in the creation and design of innovative structures and leadership concepts. One of his key areas of focus is the dynamics in entrepreneurial families and family-run businesses.
He places particular emphasis on fostering the development potential in people and organizations, cleverly combining economic perspectives with the calls for meaning and values in order to ensure that people are happy, clear and enthusiastic about their work. He seeks thereby to overcome problems and challenges with an appropriate portion of calm, ease and humour.
His technical educational background, business degree and keen interest in systems theory, social psychology, group dynamics, neurobiology and philosophy create fertile ground for an in-depth, vibrant understanding of people and organizations.
