Since graduating with a degree in Business and Social Sciences, Hardy Dlugosch has worked since 1990 in a management and project leader capacity in numerous successful change projects. He also works as a coach and management trainer. Over the course of his career, he has worked for a number of companies including Deutsche Bank Group, Zürich Financial Services and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
