After graduating, Bernhard Kressin worked for over 15 years in various personnel management roles, most recently as a manager in a bank.
Over the course of his career, he worked on several complex organisational change processes in both the corporate and the public sector. These extended from large-scale business transformation and restructuring processes to mergers and acquisitions. Through his work in these projects, he became increasingly convinced that the best solutions are achieved when economic facts, figures and data are effectively combined with professional change management. Based on this conviction, he subsequently his own consulting company under the motto “Psychology meets Business” with a focus on national and international strategy, change and human resources projects.
In his consulting work, Bernhard concentrates on raising the value added in change scenarios by applying a systemic perspective to HR consulting, interim management, leadership and coaching.
