Anja Fasse has over 16 years of experience in various HR functions in international matrix and virtual organizations.Her work focuses on supporting and coaching executives in challenging change projects, strategic repositioning, corporate culture changes and M&A processes.

She is of the firm belief that each and every change begins in ourselves and uses this conviction to help executive go about change harmoniously with authenticity, respect and dignity but also with courage, innovativeness and confidence – even in turbulent times. She is particularly interested in ensuring that change is brought about holistically and for the long term.
