Adrian Brüll has more than 25 years of experience as a leader and manager in different roles and functions in the financial industry. He focused on i.e. complex pre- and post-merger change processes, culture work, strategy processes and business development.
“Ambidexterity” has been his practice for years: as OD Practitioner he advises in different contexts – ecclesiastical, administration, international corporations – and as bank director he is responsible for the corporate development of a specialist financial institution in Germany.
His work as OD Practitioner is characterized by an eye for control and learning processes, a variety of perspectives, a good sense of polarities, paradoxes and different rationalities as well as the clarity of his analysis. He has many years of experience in the staging of successful encounters and dialogs. And he has a preference for experimental and laboratory work and learning settings – to bring new things into the world and to provide good examples.
